Prince Philip has been transferred to a private hospital where he will continue his recovery after a heart procedure, Buckingham Palace said Friday.
The palace said the 99-year-old British monarch underwent a successful procedure for a pre-existing heart condition at St Bartholomews Hospital on Wednesday.
He was moved to King Edward VIIs hospital on Friday and is “expected to remain in hospital for continuing treatment for a number of days, the palace said.
